Drive the growth of the Merchant business on the Platform by focusing on increasing key metrics like investment and basket size.
Ensure Merchants actively maintain their in-apps profile, participate in relevant campaigns and other investment opportunities to maximise their income.
Cultivate strong relationships with Merchants to understand their needs and provide support with product setup, inquiries, complaints, and requests.
Effectively highlight relevant product features based on the Merchant's needs & pain points.
Meet or exceed sales targets and meticulously maintain records of calls and their outcomes.
Approach the role with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
Requirements
Education: D3/S1 degree (any major) with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
Experience: At least 6 - 12 months in telesales / sales / key account management. Experience in the FMCG industry is a strong plus, Fresh Graduates are welcome
Performance: Must be able to consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (proven success in meeting quotas (over the phone) is preferred).
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent, clear communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
Familiar with Ms Office/Google tools.
Able to work well in a dynamic environment and manage time effectively
