Job Desc

  • Drive the growth of the Merchant business on the Platform by focusing on increasing key metrics like investment and basket size.
  • Ensure Merchants actively maintain their in-apps profile, participate in relevant campaigns and other investment opportunities to maximise their income.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with Merchants to understand their needs and provide support with product setup, inquiries, complaints, and requests.
  • Effectively highlight relevant product features based on the Merchant's needs & pain points.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and meticulously maintain records of calls and their outcomes.
  • Approach the role with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.

Requirements

  • Education: D3/S1 degree (any major) with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
  • Experience: At least 6 - 12 months in telesales / sales / key account management. Experience in the FMCG industry is a strong plus, Fresh Graduates are welcome
  • Performance: Must be able to consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (proven success in meeting quotas (over the phone) is preferred).
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent, clear communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Familiar with Ms Office/Google tools.
  • Able to work well in a dynamic environment and manage time effectively
