Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
Proven track record as an IT Project Manager, specifically handling and delivering IT Infrastructure projects.
At least 1-2 years of prior hands-on working experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.
Experience using project management and productivity tools, specifically JIRA, Microsoft 365, and VPN Global Protect.
Willingness to work 100% on-site / Work From Office (WFO).
Available to join immediately (ASAP joiners are highly prioritized).
Strong leadership abilities to effectively guide and manage technical teams.
Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues—capable of analyzing, evaluating, and identifying effective technical solutions.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to influence, negotiate, and align with various stakeholders.
Experience in managing technical teams using Agile principles and frameworks.
Domain knowledge or prior experience working within the Insurance industry is a significant advantage.

This position will be assigned to one of our clients, IFG Life (insurance industry), located in Central Jakarta.
