Job Description
- Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and datasets to support business and operational needs
- Perform data validation and cross-checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Transform and organize raw data into structured and usable formats
- Write basic queries or use data tools to extract and analyze data
- Identify discrepancies in data and support the team in resolving issues
- Communicate progress, findings, and potential issues clearly with team members
- Support ongoing improvements in data documentation and data processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a Data Analyst, Data Operations, or similar role (internship experience is also welcome)
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel, or other data analysis tools
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to organize and work with structured datasets
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn from the team
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields is preferred
