At Glamp Nusa, we create more than stays, we design experiences set above the ocean. We are looking for a passionate Civil Engineer who enjoys hands-on work, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in maintaining and improving beautiful spaces.
What you will do
- Support daily maintenance and small construction works across the property
- Handle minor renovations and finishing works with attention to quality
- Ensure all structures and facilities are safe, functional, and well maintained
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team and other departments
- Follow safety standards and support a safe working environment
What we are looking for
- Minimum 1 year of experience in construction or building maintenance
- Good understanding of construction and finishing, including concrete, painting, and wood
- Basic AutoCAD knowledge is a plus
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Able to manage small renovation projects independently
- Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety (K3)
- Detail oriented and comfortable working with deadlines
