Your Role And Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance business performance.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop strategies to drive transformation and change.
- Enable clients to adapt to change by developing and implementing effective change management plans.
- Identify opportunities for business process improvements and propose solutions to clients.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- 4 - 6 years in SAP projects or IT transformation
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects especially as a SAP Change Management Consultant
- Exposure to business transformation and change management initiatives, with ability to analyze business processes and develop solutions to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance business performance.
- Experience working with clients to understand their business needs and develop strategies to drive transformation and change.
