Provide strategic mentorship to 3 participating digital health companies throughout the Sandbox Program.
Guide participants through the Piloting stage, helping them advance their Technology Readiness Level (TRL).
Offer expert insights on product refinement, implementation feasibility, and operational readiness.
Facilitate and support participants through regular mentoring sessions, providing constructive and actionable feedback.
Assess pilot outcomes and provide clear, actionable recommendations for improvement and next steps.
Collaborate with the program team to track progress and ensure participants meet key program milestones.
