About the Role
This is a 6-month remote internship paying Rs. 15,000 - 20,000 per month. Top performers receive a Pre-Placement Offer for a full-time role at Rs. 7 - 8 LPA. We are hiring 4 candidates from the 2025 and 2026 graduating batches.
Responsibilities
- Build full-stack applications — Next.js on the frontend, Python on the backend
- Design and develop microservices for scalable AI products
- Work on AI Agents that reason, plan, and execute tasks autonomously
- Build AI Workflows — multi-step pipelines orchestrating models, tools, and data
- Implement AI Checks — validation layers for AI outputs in production
- Own DevOps — CI/CD, cloud deployments, infrastructure
- Ship end-to-end: database to API to UI
- Work closely with the founding team in a high-ownership environment
Qualifications
- Graduating in 2025 or 2026 (B.Tech / B.E. / MCA / M.Tech or equivalent)
Required Skills
- Strong in Python and JavaScript / TypeScript
- Familiar with React / Next.js
- Understands REST APIs, databases, and backend architecture
- Exposure to or genuine interest in AI/ML, LLMs, and agentic systems
- Comfortable with Git, CLI, and Linux
- Can work independently and remotely
- Bias for shipping

Selection Process
Two rounds. We evaluate engineering fundamentals and your ability to work with AI tools.
- Round 1 — Technical Coding, problem-solving, and system design. We look at DSA fundamentals, backend/frontend knowledge, and how you think about APIs and microservices.
- Round 2 — Peer Programming with AI A live coding session where you use AI tools (Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to build, debug, and resolve context. We are not testing whether you can prompt. We want to see how you use AI as a development partner to navigate real codebases and ship solutions faster.
