Job Descriptions
- Handle the recruitment process, such as selecting the candidate from the documents and manage the interview session
- Conduct the assessment and create a simple report of candidate's personality
- Communicate to other parties about the events related to recruitment process such as job expo and campus hiring
- Maintain and update Recruitment Tracking System and other forms of reporting or record keeping with attention to detail and accuracy
Job Requirements
- Residing in Jabodetabek
- 1-2 years of experience
- Bachelor Degree from any major, preferred from Psychology, Management / Communication Science.
- Hands-on experience in industry-specific recruitment
- Demonstrated Behavioral Interview / General Interview
- Good analytical skill in recruitment
- Able to manage data and maintain confidentiality
