Operate and manage the LMS to support learning activities, including setting up virtual classrooms and uploading learning materials and quizzes.
Handle daily escalations by assisting students, teachers, and internal stakeholders in identifying and escalating issues related to the internal platform.
Conduct learning call/surveys with students to gather feedback and capture any learning-related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across BizOps, Customer Service, Teachers, and other relevant departments.

Able to quickly learn and adapt to LMS platforms or new technologies, with strong initiative to independently explore and master new tools.
Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in identifying and resolving system-related issues.
