Job Descriptions

  • Operate and manage the LMS to support learning activities, including setting up virtual classrooms and uploading learning materials and quizzes.
  • Handle daily escalations by assisting students, teachers, and internal stakeholders in identifying and escalating issues related to the internal platform.
  • Conduct learning call/surveys with students to gather feedback and capture any learning-related issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across BizOps, Customer Service, Teachers, and other relevant departments.

Job Requirements

  • Able to quickly learn and adapt to LMS platforms or new technologies, with strong initiative to independently explore and master new tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in identifying and resolving system-related issues.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
