Inspect building structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
Monitor utility consumption and implement cost-saving measures
Supervise all facility staff (cleaners, technicians, gardeners, etc.) and external contractors
Manage activities such as parking allocation, waste disposal, building security, etc.
Allocate office space according to operational needs
Plan and manage all maintenance and installation activities
Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
Ensure buildings comply with health and safety standards and regulatory requirements
Maintain financial and non-financial records
Perform analysis and forecasting
Job Competency Requirements
Ability to plan energy requirements and factory support systems
Ability to prepare work plans and budget estimates
Proficient in at least two software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD Pro, or similar
Possess a Certified Intermediate Construction Operational Supervisor (minimum POP with 5 years validity/experience)
Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Total Quality Management (TQM)
Education
Bachelors Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Urban/Regional Planning, or related field
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience (preferably in factory construction supervision and infrastructure development, including building/factory construction projects)
Ability to perform troubleshooting in electrical, civil, and facility systems
Experienced in monitoring building maintenance and repair, including installations
