Job Description

  • Monitor and evaluate SAR interactions with parents (calls, WhatsApp, follow-up cadence)
  • Score SAR performance against defined quality standards and communication frameworks
  • Identify patterns in churn signals and escalate findings to the Growth/Strategy team
  • Produce regular QA reports with actionable improvement recommendations

Requirements

  • 1–2 years experience in QA, customer experience, or operations audit
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel; experience with data reporting is a plus
