Job Descriptions :

Assure campaign is running well & aligning with Head office schedule.
Input store schedule that is eligible for promo & distribute information to store partners.
Monitor promotion tools readiness, display and assure Promo executed as plan.
Monitor promo execution through team reporting in area & store.
Monitor daily reporting, active or non active stores in promo, solve issue during implementation.
Evaluate program effectiveness & give suggestion for improvement.
Coordinate campaign execution with operational team & store.
Deliver renewal program to stakeholder & follow discussion among region
Assure program communication run well & align with business needs.
Propose promotion budget to Channel Management, Finance & Purchasing team.
Conduct budget monitoring after program in order to assure transparency & accuracy.
Collect photo documentation of promo implementation and archive reporting by weekly or monthly.
Create evaluation monitoring report in system to minitir promotion program.

Job Requirements:

Has exposure in Retail, Sales, Channel Development is mandatory
.Able to work under pressure, has good interpersonal skill, communication & analytical thinking
.Good excel skill (Hlookup, Vlookup, Pivot
)Willing to work in Jakarta Office (Full WFO)
