Job Descriptions :

Develop & Maintain detailed production schedule based on sales forecast, inventory levels, and resource availability.
Monitor inventory levels & production capacity to avoid shortages or overstock
Analyze & calculating Raw stock material needs and level
Create Purchase request
Align production with production plan & timeline
Align with vendors to purchase Raw material
Produce Manufacture result report
Calculating Post production stock report
Conduct Stock Audit for defective stock & good stock
Arrange write off for defective raw materials
Identify bottleneck, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement in production planning
Implement strategies to optimize workflow, reduce lead times, & improve productivity

Job Requirements

Experienced minimum 2-5 years in similar role as category manager, buyer, planner, product manager, purchasing, or data analyst.
Good communication in English Language is a must.
Proficient in inventory management.
Knowledge about supply chain & production planning.
Basic knowledge about SOP manufacturer.
Excel skill (Vlookup, Hlookup, and Pivot) is a plus.
Able to work under pressure, strong communication skill & good interpersonal skill
Agile person to catch up with fast pace & dynamic environment
Willing to travel
Willing to be placed in Jakarta office (Full WFO)
