Mengelola pendataan kehadiran karyawan secara akurat.
Mengoperasikan HRIS terkait shifting, cuti, data karyawan, kehadiran, serta fungsi lain yang berhubungan dengan payroll.
Menyiapkan, menghitung, dan menyusun laporan gaji pegawai termasuk PPh 21.
Mengurus pendaftaran, penghentian, serta klaim asuransi BPJS dan asuransi swasta karyawan.
Berkontribusi dalam pengembangan, perbaikan, persiapan, dan evaluasi prosedur penggajian, skema kompensasi, serta tunjangan.
Melaksanakan proses pengajuan dan pembayaran kompensasi serta benefit.
Membantu proses pembayaran gaji non-staf bila diperlukan.
Mendukung lingkup kerja Human Capital sesuai arahan atasan langsung.
Menangani administrasi HC seperti kontrak, addendum, dan informasi mutasi.
Minimum Qualifications
Pendidikan minimal S1 Psikologi, Akuntansi, Pajak, Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia, Administrasi Bisnis, atau bidang terkait.
Pengalaman kerja 1–2 tahun di bidang Payroll, Compensation & Benefit, atau HR Administration.
Pemahaman sistem payroll & perhitungan gaji, THR, PPh 21, serta BPJS (Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan).
Terbiasa menggunakan software payroll (misalnya Talenta, SAP, Sleekr, dll.).
Menguasai Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, terutama rumus untuk payroll.
Teliti, detail-oriented, dan mampu bekerja dengan deadline ketat.
Memahami regulasi ketenagakerjaan terkait penggajian & benefit.
Komunikatif dan mampu bekerja sama dengan tim.
