We’re seeking a curious Planner to help us connect creative ambition with business growth. If you have 2–3 years of experience and know how to build a strategy that actually works in the real world, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do
- Solve Problems: Create smart, research-backed plans that help brands grow and solve their toughest challenges.
- Simplify Data: Look at market trends and data, then turn them into clear “creative briefs” that the team can easily follow.
- Connect the Teams: Act as the bridge between creative and sales teams to make sure everyone is working toward the same goal.
- Manage Details: Keep multiple projects on track and ensure every small detail fits the bigger “Why” behind the work.
What You’ll Need
- The Background: 2–3 years of experience in a strategy role at an agency, media house, or creative studio.
- Great Communication: You can explain complex ideas simply and present your vision in a way that gets people on board.
- The “Plus” Factor: If you have ever handled IP (Intellectual Property) or helped create an original brand/character from scratch, that is a huge advantage.
- The Right Mindset: You are a team player who loves to learn and relearn. You are humble enough to change your plan if the data shows a better way.
- The Tools: You are a pro with MS Office. Knowing Salesforce or ClickUp is a bonus.
