About The Role
As a Channel Development Support at Blibli OMG, you will be at the center of our retail expansion efforts, ensuring every detail behind our growing network is accurate, organized, and on track. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, data, and execution; where your ability to manage information and coordinate across stakeholders directly supports faster, smarter business decisions. From maintaining critical leasing data to monitoring site acquisition progress, your work ensures that our expansion pipeline moves forward seamlessly and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
Manage and maintain databases related to rental prices, service charges, and lease terms with high accuracy.
Handle contract renewals, ensuring all documentation such as agreements and official letters are complete and well-organized.
Input, update, and validate large volumes of data efficiently and consistently.
Track the progress of location acquisition from initial search through to finalization.
Proactively follow up with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timelines are met.
Support overall channel development operations with structured reporting and data insights.
What You’ll Bring To The Team
Minimum 3 years of experience in data management, channel development support, leasing administration, or similar roles.
Diploma Degree (D3) in any major; experience handling large datasets is a strong advantage.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data management and analysis.
High attention to detail with strong analytical and numerical accuracy.
Ability to work quickly and effectively, especially under tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills with a proactive approach to follow-ups and coordination.
A fast learner with a high level of ownership and execution capability.
