Requirements
Handle incoming tickets and emails from customers, prospects, and internal teams through Freshworks regarding our services
Manage the full user account lifecycle, including registration, renewal, and account deactivation via the Membership Platform
Respond to live chat inquiries and requests from Pro Plus customers via Freshchat platform
Maintain and update customer databases, and provide weekly reports on any encountered issues
Coordinate with internal teams regarding services provided to customers
Stay up-to-date with Hukumonline’s products and services
Job Description
Diploma degree (D3) from any major
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Customer Service
Excellent communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
Basic knowledge of Legal Tech products and services
