Main Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee all production processes to ensure the achievement of established output targets.
- Analyze and optimize workflows and resource utilization to improve production efficiency.
- Monitor product quality and take necessary corrective actions to maintain high quality standards.
- Manage and develop the production team by providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with related departments such as PPIC, Delivery, Procurement, and Sales to ensure smooth operations.
- Analyze data and prepare reports to provide insights that support decision-making.
- Forecast budget requirements to meet production targets.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Production Manager; experience in footwear manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement principles.
- Proficient in using software such as ERP, MRP, and analytical tools to enhance productivity.
- Knowledge of ISO, HACCP, RSPO, GMP, HALAL, and KOSHER standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Critical thinking, strong attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
