The Role
Join the creative minds in our corporate marketing team at the global headquarters of EXEO Global. Working collaboratively with other departments, the Creative Specialist will be involved in building, elevating and evolving our brand identity. The Creative Specialist helps effectively communicate the brand’s values and mission through compelling visuals and brand stories and helps in creating value through his/ her strong understanding of marketing workflows and customer journeys
Responsibilities
- Works closely with the Marketing Team/ Creative Lead to develop and evolve the company's visual identity and brand guidelines
- Create visually appealing brand graphics (both digital/ print), animations and videos to support both internal and external branding and marketing activities
- Assist in image asset library creation and organisation, and updating of brand portal, websites, or even social media channels as needed.
- Assist in ensuring the smooth running of marketing campaigns and events (both digital and in-person)
- Ensure consistency in brand representation across all touch points, able to maintain a cohesive and visual identity.
- Stay informed on design innovations to ensure brand collaterals remains contemporary and relevant.
- Other ad-hoc job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum diploma/ degree in Digital Media Design, Creative Design, Visual Communication or related disciplines
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital media industry
- Good communication skills in English language
- Good understanding of interactive design, layout, colour and typography.
- Familiar with tools such Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere Pro
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and deliver on required assets in a timely manner
- Familiar with the latest visual trends and digital technologies
- Versatile and able to adapt to different visual styles/ narratives
- Responsible and motivated individual, that is willing to learn and explore new ideas
- Proven ability to work collaboratively as a good team player
- Ability to articulate and present design concepts effectively
- Possesses an eye for design, attention to details, and demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Able to work with a flexible schedule (as required for the urgent projects and event commitments)
- Adobe After Effects, 3D modelling and experience with Blender is a plus
- Comfortable with giving and receiving feedback, and able to handle ambiguity
- Desire to learn, adapt and grow in the design field
