Create TED and FSD application documents.
Analyze and test external APIs.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, and Application Designers to design integration needs.
Prepare test data for SIT and UAT requirements.
Ensure applications function properly throughout the development lifecycle, including post go-live.
Manage operational risk by identifying, assessing, monitoring, controlling, and mitigating risks while ensuring data quality and compliance with bank regulations.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, disciplined, responsible, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to suggest improvements.
Required Skills
Experience in project documentation, including FSD, TSD, PRD, and BAST.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Integration Analyst / System Analyst / Technical Analyst, or related role.
Proven experience in designing system flows, integration flows, and technical specifications.
Hands-on experience in designing and documenting RESTful APIs.
Strong understanding of backend systems and API lifecycle (design, development, testing).
Have experience in the banking industry is preferred.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
