  • Analyze core value programs that suit company needs
  • Conduct Talent Management: Man Power Planning, People Mapping based on Performance & Competencies, Career Path Development, Promotion and Compensation, and Succession Planning
  • Evaluation People & Culture Strategy: Workplace Health & Safety; Workforce Planning; Remuneration, Reward and Compensation Benefits; Diversity & Inclusion; Recognition & Retention
  • Onboarding: feedback satisfaction reported by new joiners
  • People experience to initiate and execute engagement activities, CSR, etc
  • Conducted comprehensive training need analysis, leading to the creation and execution of training programs, initiatives that effectively addressed identified gaps and met the needs of participants
  • Facilitate captivating and interactive learning experience (e-learning, webinar, in house training etc)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or other relevant fields
  • Have a minimum of 2 years experience in the Employee Benefits and/or Training Development process
  • Independent character with good personality, target oriented & creative mindset
  • Overall knowledge and experience in general Human Capital functions
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skiils
  • Fluent in English and computer literacy
  • Time management skills
  • Must have deep knowledge of People & Culture Development
  • Must be highly organized and work well in team environment
  • Must have excellent interpersonal relationship skills
