Role: Sales Support Executive

Client Location: Singapore

Working Days/Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM SGT

Contract Type: Full-Time Contract

Contract Term: 6 Months, Renewable


Job Overview

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to join one of our client’s team — a Singapore-based specialist in anti-fouling and cathodic protection systems serving B2B clients across the marine, offshore, oil & gas, power, and water treatment industries.


This role focuses on supporting the day-to-day sales process through quotation preparation, proposal coordination, CRM management, and client follow-ups. You’ll work closely with the Founder and a Singapore-based salesperson to help ensure smooth sales operations and strong client communication.


The ideal candidate is proactive, outgoing, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup while supporting a fast-moving B2B sales environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documents using Microsoft Word and Excel templates
  • Follow up with clients via email, phone, and text using a Singapore VoIP number
  • Manage and maintain CRM records in Odoo, ensuring all client and deal information is accurate and updated
  • Coordinate with the sales team on timelines, workflows, and next steps
  • Flag important customer feedback or deal-related updates to the sales team
  • Support day-to-day sales administration and operational coordination
  • Maintain organized documentation and communication records


Must-Haves

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales support, sales administration, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, outgoing, and willing to take initiative
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word and Excel)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Odoo or similar web-based CRM systems
  • Based in Southeast Asia with timezone alignment to Singapore
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and support the team


Great-to-Have

  • Familiarity with the B2B sales process
  • Exposure to technical, industrial, or engineering-related industries
  • Proficiency in Mandarin or Malay (Indonesia/Malaysia)
  • Previous experience supporting a small or fast-paced sales team
