QA Supervisor (Karawang)

We are seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented QA Supervisor to join our Quality Assurance Department (QAD) in Karawang. This is a critical replacement role intended for a candidate who demonstrates high maturity and the technical expertise to manage complex quality systems in a fast-paced environment

.Position Overview
● Location: Karawang, Indonesia (Residency in Karawang/Purwakarta preferred)
● Position Type: Permanent (PKWTT)
● Designation: QA Supervisor
● Reporting to: Deputy Quality Manager

Key Responsibilities
● Quality Compliance: Lead the administration of ISO 9001, GMP, Halal, NSF, SNI, and SIRIM standards.
● Documentation: Maintain full control over SOP lifecycles, BMR/BPR reviews, and document compliance procedures.
● Issue Management: Manage change control, issue deviations, and lead CAPA investigations with a high level of accuracy.
● Auditing: Coordinate internal/external audits and evaluate vendor audit reports.
● Investigation: Oversee OOS (Out of Specification) checklists and conduct root cause analysis for manufacturing issues.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education & Experience:
● Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
● Minimum 8 years of relevant QA experience. ● Industry Background: Must have experience in Pharmaceuticals, Food, or Personal Care.
● Mandatory Knowledge: Deep expertise in GMP and Halal requirements.

● Operational Readiness: Ability to provide follow-up on critical quality issues during nighttime or weekends when necessary (Preference for candidates suited to this schedule).
● Professionalism: Demonstrates a high level of maturity and stability in career history.
● Technical Precision: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing complex quality documentation.
● Geographic Stability: Currently residing in or committed to staying in the Karawang/Purwakarta area.
