Responsibilities
Minimum 3 years experience in Human Resources
- Accountable and responsible for analyzing Learning Effectiveness by leveraging all data related training and merge with relevant business (performance) data - Responsible for being central coordination for Learning and Development budget preparation across Trakindo -Accountable and responsible for analyzing learning budget absorption to ensure align with business learning needs - Responsible for evaluating and observing the update of trends and technologies in learning analytics to refine methods and improve educational practices - Responsible for creating and providing the analytics report of Learning and Development program, including but not limited to budgeting, expenses, program effectiveness, CO OP implementation and visualize through portal and or other platforms to be used a
