Responsibilities

Deliver training programs for new joiners and existing employees on company products, sales skills, and internal procedures.
Develop and update training materials, SOP guides, and assessment tools.
Identify training needs based on business goals and employee performance gaps.
Conduct onboarding training to ensure employees understand company standards and compliance.
Monitor training effectiveness and provide post-training evaluation reports.
Provide coaching and follow-up support to improve employee performance.
Work closely with department heads to align training programs with operational needs.
Ensure all training activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Trainer, preferably in financial services, brokerage, or sales industry.
Strong presentation, communication, and coaching skills.
Experience in developing training modules and performance evaluation.
Good understanding of sales processes and compliance standard
Mandatory certification: Certified Trainer / Training of Trainer (TOT) certification from a recognized institution.
