We're Hiring an HC Services & Employee Relations Manager!

This role ensures operational excellence in payroll, benefits, employee engagement, and compliance, while managing a team of HC professionals and supporting strategic decision-making through accurate reporting and policy development. The role plays a key part in enhancing the employee experience and fostering a compliant, efficient, and people-centric workplace aligned with the company’s values and business objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Law, Engineering, or other related fields.
- Minimum 20 years of professional experience, specifically in Human Capital functions within the petrochemical, oil & gas or manufacturing industry.
- Proven leadership in managing HC Services & Employee Relations teams.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, compliance practices, expatriate formalities and benefits administration.
- Experienced in payroll processing, HCIS (Human Capital Information System), and employee engagement programs.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and documentation.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to implement policies and improvements.
- Strong presentation and reporting skills for senior management audiences.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the HC Services & Employee Relations department, managing a team of HC professionals.
- Oversee payroll accuracy, benefits administration, attendance tracking, training rollout, and employee service operations, including managing the HCIS.
- Administer comprehensive employee benefits programs—retirement, insurance, wellness, and engagement.
- Ensure full compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies concerning employee documentation and benefits.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate with other departments to support seamless integration of HC services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on HC Services & Employee Relations performance to senior leadership.
