About the job Outsource Management Specialist

Lead the end-to-end selection, onboarding, and management of manpower providers.
Oversee manpower budgets, cost calculations, and payroll coordination with Finance.
Monitor vendor SLAs and KPIs to ensure high service quality and efficiency.
Manage contracts and ensure all labor practices follow local laws and regulations.
Analyze vendor data and process workflows to drive operational improvements.

Job Requirements

3–5 years in HR Operations, Payroll, or Outsourcing Vendor Management.
Fluent in English for active communication (verbal & written)
Strong knowledge of salary structures, THR, and BPJS regulations.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Proven ability to negotiate and coordinate effectively with multiple external partners.
