Job Description: APAC FP&A Manager – Supply Chain
Role Overview
This role provides end-to-end financial leadership for supply chain operations across APAC, integrating Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) with core accounting responsibilities. The position ensures accurate financial reporting, delivers insightful analysis and forecasting, and supports strategic decision-making to optimize costs, enhance efficiency, and drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning & Forecast: Lead budgeting, forecasting and translate business driver into financial projection.
- Financial Modelling: Develop and maintain robust financial models to support cost optimization for raw materials, freight, and inventory. Identify cost-saving opportunities and track savings initiatives
- Financial Reporting & Accounting: Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing. Maintain compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
- Inventory & Working Capital Management: Analyse inventory turnover, Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO), and carrying costs financial insights to support operational and strategic decisions
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with Supply Chain Team to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste
- Process Enhancement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes, reporting accuracy, and efficiency. Streamline workflows and implement best practices.
- Ad-hoc Support: Provide financial analysis and support for special projects and management requests as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) is an advantage
- 5–8+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, finance, or accounting
- Strong financial modelling, analytical, and forecasting skills
- Proven ability to partner with business stakeholders and influence decision-making
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High level of ownership, resilience, and ability to perform under tight deadlines
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP and BI tools preferred
- Prior experience in F&B, retail, supply chain, or logistics industries is a plus
