We are looking for a Recruiting Analyst to support end-to-end recruiting activities and partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver hiring outcomes. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about talent acquisition and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the tech industry and emerging skill sets, with the ability to identify and engage suitable talent across various channels.
Key Responsibilities
Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding activities.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and support recruitment delivery.
Source and engage candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct initial candidate screening and assess alignment to role requirements.
Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records within recruitment systems and trackers.
Provide timely updates and ensure a positive candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring process.
Support market mapping, talent pipelining, and recruitment research activities.
Assist in employer branding and campus/community engagement initiatives where required.
Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, fair employment practices, and company policies.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Approximately 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably within a corporate or agency environment.
Exposure to hiring for technology or consulting-related roles is preferred.
Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment with attention to detail.
Proactive mindset with the willingness to learn and grow within the recruitment function.
