We are looking for a Recruiting Analyst to support end-to-end recruiting activities and partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver hiring outcomes. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about talent acquisition and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the tech industry and emerging skill sets, with the ability to identify and engage suitable talent across various channels.

Key Responsibilities


  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding activities.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and support recruitment delivery.
  • Source and engage candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Conduct initial candidate screening and assess alignment to role requirements.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records within recruitment systems and trackers.
  • Provide timely updates and ensure a positive candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support market mapping, talent pipelining, and recruitment research activities.
  • Assist in employer branding and campus/community engagement initiatives where required.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, fair employment practices, and company policies.


  • Key Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Approximately 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably within a corporate or agency environment.
  • Exposure to hiring for technology or consulting-related roles is preferred.
  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment with attention to detail.
  • Proactive mindset with the willingness to learn and grow within the recruitment function.
