Summary
The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for managing all incoming payments, maintaining accurate records of guest and corporate accounts, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances. This role plays a critical part in supporting the hotel’s financial accuracy, revenue integrity, and cash flow management.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (hospitality preferred)
- Familiarity with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, SAP, Sun System) is an advantage
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy
- Able to work under deadlines and pressure
