Job Description :

  • Develop & implement service solution repair.co.id to assist customer to apply repairation to iBox Service Centre or TAM Service Centre.
  • Coordinate with IT Development dan Tim Finance related to payment gateway.
  • Conduct monitoring to repaired customers' unit through web repair.co.id.
  • Conduct Apple care product socialization and cooperate with Sales Team (Retail, Enterprise dan After Sales) to execute Apple care product marketing.


Job Requirements :

  • Required talent who studied Information System Management major
  • Proficiency in English (oral & written)
  • Has strong exposure about after sales project with programming basic skill & application
  • Has good analytical thinking
  • Able to work under pressure & has good communication skill
  • Willing to work from Jakarta office (Full WFO)
