Responsibilities

任职要求:

  • 本科及以上学历,主修工商管理、管理学或相关专业者优先。
  • 具备 1–3 年运营、行政支持或跨部门协调相关工作经验;优秀的实习经历者亦可考虑。
  • 具备良好的组织能力、多任务处理能力及高度的细节关注度。
  • 具备良好的中英文沟通能力(书面及口头)。
  • 熟练使用 Microsoft Office(Excel、Word、PowerPoint)或 Google Workspace 等日常办公软件。
  • 能够适应快节奏的工作环境,具备在高压力下完成多项任务的能力。
  • 拥有良好的问题解决能力,能够独立工作并与跨部门团队协作。
  • 具备采购、办公室管理或支持销售及市场部门相关经验者优先。
  • 态度积极主动,责任心强,能根据工作需要提供临时性的行政与运营支持

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily operational tasks and cross-department coordination to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
  • Assist in headhunting and onboarding new sales team members, including identifying potential team leaders and expanding the Indonesian DF sales team.
  • Handle translations (Chinese–Indonesian–English, written and verbal) to support internal communication and document understanding.
  • Assist in the execution of cross-department projects and provide support in planning and implementation stages.
  • Support procurement and office management tasks related to Sales and Marketing.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for project-related requirements.
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative and operational support as assigned.

Requirements

任职要求:

  • 拥有工商管理、管理学或相关专业的本科及以上学历。
  • 具备 1–3 年运营、行政支持或跨部门协调相关工作经验;具有优秀实习经历的应届毕业生亦可考虑。
  • 具备良好的组织能力、多任务处理能力,并对细节有高度关注。
  • 具备良好的英文与印尼文书面及口头沟通能力。
  • 具备中文(书面及口头)沟通能力者优先,以支持内部沟通需求

Requirements:

  • ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, administrative support, or cross-functional coordination (fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Indonesian.
  • Ability to speak Mandarin is preferred (written and verbal) to support internal communication.
