What You'll Do

Partner Relationship & Business Development
Support in building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential partners
Conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities and support outreach efforts
Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and partnership materials for new initiatives
Campaign Planning, Execution & Operations
See through the preparation and execution of deliverables for such initiatives and campaigns through close collaboration with internal teams.
Manage the implementation, tracking, and success measurement of partner campaigns and marketing activities with partner involvement
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (legal, finance, marketing, product) to ensure smooth campaign delivery
Data Analysis, Reporting & Performance Optimization
Extract and analyze campaign performance data using internal tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
Prepare regular performance reports with key insights, learnings, and recommendation

What You'll Need

Final year student or recent graduate in any relevant fields preferred
Effective communicator with strong written and verbal English, able to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across teams
Strong attention to detail, highly organised, and able to prioritise tasks effectively to improve partner experience
Proactive and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
Comfortable working in a multicultural and cross-functional or start-up environment is an advantage
A start-up mindset – hands-on, highly collaborative, and not afraid to roll up sleeves when needed
