  • Partner with business leaders on HR operations and people-related matters
  • Manage employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance, and employee relations
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve culture, morale, and retention
  • Support organizational development programs such as talent development and competency mapping
  • Lead culture transformation initiatives aligned with company values and business goals
  • Advise managers on leadership, team effectiveness, conflict resolution, and change management
  • Ensure HR policies, labor law compliance, and HR best practices are properly implemented

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 4–7 years of HR experience as HR Generalist, HR Supervisor, HRBP, or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of employee engagement, culture transformation, and organizational development
  • Experience in employee relations, performance management, and HR operations
  • Good understanding of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coaching skills
  • Able to work independently, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities
