Program Description
The Hangry Acceleration Program (HAP) is a fast-track development program designed to groom high-potential early-career talents into future leaders at Hangry. Participants will gain hands-on exposure across functions, solve real business challenges, and work closely with cross-functional teams in a high-growth environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Early-career talent aged up to 25
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) with a minimum GPA of 3.00, preferably from Engineering, Quantitative fields, Economics, or Business
- Have completed at least 1 (one) internship program
- High-potential individuals who are proactive, adaptable, and fast learners, with strong analytical thinking and a growth mindset
What You Will Do
- Participate in structured rotations and/or project-based assignments across key business functions
- Work on high-impact projects that directly contribute to Hangry’s growth and operations
- Analyze business problems, identify insights, and propose actionable solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrate ownership and drive in delivering measurable results
- Continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
