Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree from any major (preferably from Business, Marketing, or related major)
  2. Minimum 3 years experiences in Business Development/Sales, preferably houseware/homeliving/FMCG industry and handling clients or small accounts independently
  3. Proficient in English and local language (intermediate to advanced level)
  4. Proficient in office tools such as Microsoft Office, etc.
  5. Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with local clients and stakeholders
  6. Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead the team to achieve daily sales and target
  7. Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic work environment and adapt to changing market conditions
  8. Have a personal vehicle and willing to working mobile in Bali area with their own vehicle
  9. Based and willing to work and cover the assigned area in accordance with the applied region


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Acquire and Develop New Clients – Identify and approach prospects, conduct outreach, lead introductory meetings, and present product offerings effectively.
  2. Lead Sales Pitching & Deal Closing – Guide proposals, deliver strong valuepresentations, support negotiations, handle objections, and secure first purchase orders.
  3. Support Client Onboarding – Explain product usage and positioning, provide catalogs/tools, and ensure clients understand ordering and delivery processes.
  4. Drive Repeat Purchases – Follow up after first orders, recommend suitable products, propose promotional or bundling ideas, and build consistent early sales in the new region.
  5. Maintain Client Relationships – Maintain communication, track buying patterns, and resolve basic operational issues such as delivery or stock.
  6. Apply Leadership Skills in Market Building – Use leadership capabilities to plan visits, anticipate risks, guide selling approaches, and establish strong market foundations— operating solo initially but prepared to lead a future team.
  7. Monitor Market Insights & Enable Growth – Identify trends, client needs, and local opportunities; use insights to build early strategies for regional success.
