Requirements:
- 4–5 years of proven experience as a Software Engineer (Frontend & Backend)
- Strong hands-on experience with React + TypeScript (frontend)
- Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET (backend)
- Passion for coding and agile software development practices
- Comfortable moving between frontend and backend, with strong debugging skills
- Pragmatic approach: deliver results quickly instead of over-engineering
- Enjoy collaborating with design and product to scope, ship, learn, and iterate
- Write helpful logs, add tests, and make small, safe improvements to keep things reliable
- Ability to research new technologies and implement them independently
- A “can-do” approach to solving problems
Technical Requirements:
- Knowledge of Windows environment
- Experience with .NET, C#, IIS , SignalR , GraphQL
- Experience with React + TypeScript
- Ability to learn and extend existing code independently
- Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and methodology
- Advantage: familiarity with dependency injection, logging/metrics, large payloads
- Advantage: experience with video technologies and formats, or real-time messaging, reverse proxies/service discovery
