Tech savvy khususnya dengan tools pengelolaan data/digital HR Tools.
Pemahaman mendalam tentang talent management dan organizational development.
Punya pengalaman di tech company/start up dengan budaya kerja dinamis.
Kemampuan analytical thinking dan data-driven decision making.
Data Storytelling: Skill presentasi yang kuat untuk mengkomunikasikan value HR ke C-level.
Pengalaman memperbaiki/mengoptimalkan proses bisnis HC.
Kreativitas dalam problem solving dan innovation.
Comfortable dengan fast-paced environment dan continuous improvement.
