As a Control Tower Officer , you will play a key role in planning, optimizing, and executing warehouse operations to meet service level agreements (SLAs) while driving productivity and cost efficiency. By leveraging data, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating cross-functionally, you will help ensure seamless end-to-end fulfillment and a consistently high customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and optimize warehouse capacity based on forecasted demand by allocating resources effectively and managing daily operations to consistently meet SLAs.
- Drive cost efficiency and manpower excellence by streamlining processes, supporting recruitment and training plans, and building an agile, high-performing operations team.
- Develop impactful reports and dashboards by translating operational data into actionable insights that support smarter business and client decisions.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven approaches to enhance productivity, quality, and overall operational excellence.
- Coordinate end-to-end warehouse execution by working closely with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment.
- Make fast, data-driven decisions under pressure to resolve operational challenges and maintain high service levels.
- Support operational projects that align warehouse performance with business and client objectives.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.3 .
- 1–2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or warehouse operations, with a solid understanding of end-to-end processes.
- Strong analytical capability to interpret complex data, build comprehensive reports, and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Good business acumen with the ability to understand objectives and support projects that exceed performance targets.
- Advanced data analysis skills with the ability to turn insights into measurable operational improvements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A continuous improvement mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
