Job Description
- Support and drive strategic cross-functional projects under CEO Office across growth, customer experience, and operational initiatives.
- Lead project execution from ideation to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to coordinate project timelines, priorities, and deliverables
- Conduct market research, benchmarking, and data analysis to identify business opportunities and improvement areas.
- Translate high-level business goals into actionable initiatives and recommendations.
- Prepare strategic materials for senior management, including project updates, business cases, presentations, and executive summaries.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business, or Management from Reputable Universities
- 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in consulting, operations, business strategy, and finance strategy
- Adept at using MS Excel (pivot table, index match, VBA is a plus), Power Point, and Word
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (English and Bahasa), with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders
- High attention to detail and a proactive.
