What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to drive continuous training and development
- Act as the primary contact for benefits, policies, and culture queries
- Maintain accurate HRIS data and ensure total regulatory compliance
- Support performance management and team growth initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
