As Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with customer outlets, driving product sales, and expanding market coverage for the private label business unit. This role ensures strong sales execution, monitors market and competitor conditions, and supports the performance of the SMD/sales team to achieve targeted results.

What You'll Work On

  • Conduct regular visits to retail partners and dealer stores to maintain strong business relationships and drive sales performance.
  • Encourage retail partners to increase sell-in and sell-out performance of company products.
  • Identify and acquire new dealers and retail partners to expand market coverage.
  • Monitor market trends, customer demand, pricing movement, and competitor activities across assigned areas.
  • Identify potential business opportunities and expansion into new territories or channels.
  • Ensure product visibility, display quality, and promotional execution in stores.
  • Oversee promoter/field sales team performance, daily operations, sales reporting, and target achievement.
  • Set measurable daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for field teams.
  • Analyze sales performance versus targets and provide coaching to improve execution and productivity.
  • Provide comprehensive reporting on sales performance, market insights, competitor activities, and field findings.
  • Carry out authorization functions in accordance with company policies and authorization guidelines.
  • Supervise sales area activities to ensure compliance with operational standards and company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or retail operations, preferably in consumer electronics or retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of retail sales operations, dealer management, and channel execution.
  • Experience managing promoter teams or field sales teams is highly preferred.
  • Good understanding of consumer electronics products, market trends, and retail dynamics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate sales performance, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in the field and manage multiple accounts and territories effectively.
  • High integrity and adherence to operational procedures and company policies.
