Perform end-to-end manual testing for web-based and enterprise applications in Supply Chain, Retail, and Warehouse Management domains.
Create, review, and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts based on business and functional requirements.
Conduct API testing using Postman to validate integration flows, request/response data, authentication, and system communication.
Perform performance and load testing using JMeter to evaluate system stability, response time, and application performance.
Validate and verify data using PostgreSQL to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across systems.
Execute functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, smoke testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Identify, document, track, and retest bugs/issues to ensure successful resolution before production release.
Collaborate closely with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and stakeholders during the testing lifecycle.
Analyze business requirements and provide feedback to improve product quality and system usability.
Support deployment validation and post-release testing activities to ensure system reliability.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as a QA Manual Engineer or Software Tester.
Experienced in handling projects within Supply Chain, Retail, or Warehouse Management systems.
Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and defect management processes.
Hands-on experience using Postman for API testing.
Experience using JMeter for performance and load testing.
Strong SQL and database validation skills using PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
Familiar with test case creation, test documentation, and bug reporting tools.
Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Able to work collaboratively in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Good communication skills and able to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple testing activities simultaneously.
