Job Description

Manage end-to-end vendor operations for Sales Agent (SA) manpower across all coverage areas.
Monitor vendor performance, hiring progress, HC fulfillment, and replacement turnaround time.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors regarding manpower planning, deployment, and operational issues.
Ensure vendor compliance with SLA, attendance, payroll, and operational processes.
Track and analyze manpower performance, productivity, and attrition trends.
Support expansion planning and onboarding execution for new areas.
Prepare regular operational reports and performance reviews for management.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any major
Minimum 2–3 years experience in Vendor Management, RTM Operations, Sales Operations, or Manpower Operations
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
Good analytical and reporting skills (Excel required; SQL/Power BI is a plus)
Able to handle multiple vendors and fast-paced operations
Strong problem-solving and execution skills
Willing to travel for operational monitoring if needed
Experience managing field sales manpower is preferred
