Requirements

Building custom apps/sites for USA and/or UK clients.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails development.
Strong understanding of MVC architecture.
Proficiency in ActiveRecord: associations, validations, scopes, and callbacks.
Experience with background job processing (e. g., Sidekiq, Delayed Job, Async Job).
Hands-on experience with database migrations and schema design.
Ability to write and maintain RSpec tests.
Familiarity with writing and organizing Rake tasks.
Experience building RESTful APIs using Jbuilder or ActiveModel. Serializers.
Solid understanding of JSON response structures and integration with frontend frameworks like React or Next.js .
Knowledge of CORS, Devise authentication, and JWT/session-based authentication mechanisms.
