We are Hiring: E-Commerce Performance Marketing

We're looking for a data-driven E-commerce Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns for our apparel brands across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada in the Indonesia market.

You'll own the full ads lifecycle from campaign setup, audience targeting, and budget allocation to daily optimization and performance reporting. Your primary goal is to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) while driving traffic, sales, and visibility for our stores.

You'll work closely with the Account Manager, Growth, Marketing, and Designer teams to align ad strategies with campaign calendars, promotions, and creative assets.

The ideal candidate is someone who lives in dashboards, is obsessed with metrics like ROAS, CPC, CTR, and CPA, and knows the ins and outs of marketplace ad tools.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, set up, and manage paid ad campaigns across Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions, and TikTok Ads (including product ads, search ads, discovery ads, and shop ads).
  • Allocate and manage daily/weekly ad budgets across platforms to maximize ROAS and hit revenue targets.
  • Perform daily optimization of campaigns, adjusting bids, keywords, audiences, creatives, and placements based on real-time performance data.
  • Run A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, targeting segments, and bidding strategies to continuously improve performance.
  • Monitor key performance metrics (ROAS, CPC, CTR, CPA, conversion rate, impression share) and provide actionable insights.
  • Coordinate with the Designer team to brief and produce high-performing ad creatives (banners, product images, video ads) tailored to each platform's specs.
  • Collaborate with the Account Manager to align ad spending with platform mega campaigns (e.g., 6.6, 9.9, 11.11, 12.12, payday sales) and promotional calendars.
  • Set up and manage Meta CPAS / Collaborative Ads to drive external traffic into marketplace stores (if applicable).
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear analysis on spend efficiency, top-performing SKUs, and recommendations for scaling or cutting.
  • Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, new ad formats, and competitor ad strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • S1 (Bachelor's degree) or D3 (Diploma) in any relevant field (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines).
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar e-commerce account management role, preferably managing stores on Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop for the Indonesia market.
  • Experience in the apparel/fashion category is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
  • Comfortable navigating Shopee Seller Center, Lazada Seller Center, and TikTok Seller Center ad dashboards.
  • Detail-oriented with an ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Clear communication for cross-team briefings.
  • Bahasa Indonesia (required), English proficiency is a plus.
