HR Framework Setup: Establish the core HR framework for Indonesia from scratch, including drafting corporate policies, local employment contracts, and onboarding processes.
Compliance & Risk Management: Advise regional management on local labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan), compliance standards, and potential workforce risks.
Entity Support: Provide hands-on support for local entity setup, including designing the employment structure, defining the payroll approach, and structuring statutory benefits.
Mass Recruitment: Lead end-to-end hiring for F&B operations across all levels, including Front of House (FOH), Back of House (BOH), and Outlet Managers, while building a strong talent pipeline for upcoming outlets.
Compensation & Benefits: Conduct local market salary benchmarking to recommend cost-efficient workforce structures aligned with the Indonesian market.
Operations & Payroll: Manage day-to-day HR operations, including attendance tracking, leave management, employee records, and cross-border payroll coordination with Singapore HQ.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, which must include a background in F&B, retail, or a multi-outlet business environment.
Standalone Capability: Proven experience in setting up HR departments and frameworks from scratch. Must be highly comfortable working independently as a standalone HR professional without an immediate local team.
Legal Knowledge: Deep understanding and practical knowledge of Indonesian labor law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and dispute resolution processes.
Language Skills: Fluent in English (both written and verbal) is mandatory for constant reporting and cross-border
