Manage and maintain IT infrastructure operations within the data center environment, ensuring high availability and system reliability.
Monitor and support servers, virtualization platforms, storage, backup systems, and network infrastructure.
Lead infrastructure implementation, upgrade, migration, and improvement projects across on-premise and cloud environments.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to support daily operations and project delivery.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, system architecture diagrams, and disaster recovery procedures.
Perform infrastructure capacity planning, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives to support business growth.
