- Perform bank reconciliation on a regular basis to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Manage accounts receivable (AR), including tracking collections and outstanding balances.
- Handle accounts payable (AP), including invoice processing and timely payments.
- Maintain a full set of accounts and ensure proper recording of all financial transactions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Assist in monthly closing activities and ensure timely reporting.
- Monitor inventory records to ensure proper accounting and reconciliation (if applicable).
- Liaise with branch personnel on finance-related matters and provide necessary support.
- Assist in administrative and other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
- Educational Background: A Diploma in Accounting or a related field is recommended.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., [Autocount]) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare and interpret financial reports.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Communication Skills: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to handle ad-hoc tasks as they arise.
