Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the Human Resources team in recruitment coordination, offboarding and onboarding activities, and general HR administration. This internship provides hands-on exposure to HR operations and the opportunity to gain practical experience in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interview arrangements by scheduling with candidates and liaising with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Support and assist in ongoing employer branding initiatives, including social media content, candidate outreach, and market research.
  • Assist in offboarding and onboarding activities and orientation processes for new hires to ensure a positive employee experience and complete exit clearance.
  • Handle various HR administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and maintaining employee records.
  • Provide support in general HR activities and participate in ad-hoc HR projects as assigned.

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, proactiveness, willingness to learn, and strong commitment to assigned task.
  • Internship period: 3 to 6 months 
  • Hands-on exposure to real HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.

  • Internship allowance of RM1,000 per month.
